Dealing with Decision Makers. Signing the contract. The sole purpose of this piece, get the contract signed. Keep it simple but VERY CLEAR as to your expectations that you are in agreement. Be crystal clear on what you are attempting to accomplish. More than often objections are not “In Scope” with your contract and agreement. Again, be clear and focused and keep the DM on track. With any objections, qualify with an objective with a return. This is why we are here. Don’t let other projects/ideas cloud the mind for the task at hand. Signing the agreement.
